Dubby is a multifaceted artist and entertainer.

He learned how to play and write music in punk bands when he was 10.

At 15 years old he started gigging professionally doing jazz gigs and musicals on bass.

At age 21 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music after attending the school for only 2 and a half years.

He has gone on to write and produce music for ABC’s hit show The View, The theme song for Rainn Wilson’s ( Dwight from the Office) Instagram live show “Hey There, Human” and various Netflix original shows.

He was 2019 winner of Chicago’s Independent Artist Music Festival’s battle of the bands.

He gigs with his original music as well as a duo, 3 piece and 4 piece cover band.

He does production and recording work for artists in all styles.

He has written, recording, produced, mixed and mastered 25+ original songs.

While attending Berklee college of music he replaced Airro ( Dubby's current bass player and business partner) as the bass player of a band. Years later they met again at a gig in Chicago and started working together. They created a company called AirroMac whose mission is to create good times for good people. Their home base is a multimedia studio in Humboldt Park. At this location they do space rental, photo/video studio rental and music production. Whether it be through playing original music, covers or curating events they strive to create connection and community through creativity.
